The Reading Order
The Violet Queen is a sequential trilogy. Each book ends where the next one begins, and the story builds continuously across all three. Do not read them out of order.
Book 1: The Liability Clause
Start here. Always. This is where Vesper and Silas meet, where the world is established, and where everything begins. The Liability Clause introduces the supernatural corporate fusion that defines the series — a wolfless financial genius driving into the territory of the most feared Alpha in the North and offering him a deal he has no business accepting.

Book 2: The Feral Audit
Picks up immediately where Book 1 ends. The bond is sealed, the territory is secured, and something ancient is waking in the frozen North. The First Ones — the original gods of the Lycan race, pure and feral and utterly without mercy — have decided that Vesper is either the greatest threat to their dominion or the most useful weapon they have ever seen.

The World
The Violet Queen trilogy is set in a world where the supernatural and the corporate exist side by side. Lycan packs operate like conglomerates. Territory is power. Debt is leverage. And the most dangerous currency in the frozen North is loyalty.
The Frozen North
Silas Thorne's territory. A vast, brutal kingdom of ice and mountain, governed by pack law and maintained through force. The North has been under Imperial sanctions for a decade — deliberately starved of resources by a corrupt Lycan Emperor determined to keep Silas contained. It hasn't worked.
The Imperial Capital

Vesper Vane
