electra.ink is the author website of Electra, published by Amber Ink. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Questions go to hello@electra.ink.

My books, comics, games and blog are dark romance and contain mature themes, including violence, danger and sexual content. This site is for readers aged 18 and over.

I don't sell anything on this site. Book links take you to Amazon, Ream and other stores, and every purchase, subscription, refund and Kindle Unlimited borrow is handled by that store under its own terms. Prices and availability are set there and can change.

The interactive games, comics and blog posts are free to read and play for your own personal enjoyment. Game progress is saved only in your browser, so clearing your browser data or switching devices will reset it.

I may change, update or remove any of this content at any time.

All text, characters, worlds, artwork, covers, comics, games and the Electra and Amber Ink names and logos are © Amber Ink unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy, republish, sell, translate or adapt them, or use them to train AI models, without written permission.

You're very welcome to share links, quote short passages in reviews or social posts with credit, and make fan art for non-commercial use. If you're not sure, just ask.

Joining the newsletter or ARC team is free and you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Advance review copies are for your personal reading only: please don't share, upload or resell them. I may remove anyone from the ARC team, for example if a copy is shared. How I handle your details is explained in the privacy policy.

The site links to stores, social networks and other websites I don't control. Their own terms and policies apply there, and I'm not responsible for their content.

I work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is, and I can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Amber Ink isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

If these terms change, I'll update them here and change the date at the top.
